A MESSAGE ABOUT CORONAVIRUS COVID-19
Firstly, we hope that you and your family are continuing to stay well during these extraordinary times!
As things begin to ease in the UK and life is starting to return to the 'new normal', we are doing our best to phase out the temporary shipping schedule we put in place during lockdown.
This means we can ship more frequently.
Despite the staggered easing of lockdown in the UK, please be aware that our shipping services (Royal Mail and their partners and UPS) may be working with reduced staffing and extra Covid related protocols which may impact on delivery times in different countries/regions. The same applies to Customs agencies.
So please continue to make allowances for parcels arriving later than normal. Our extended 'lost parcel' policy will remain as 45 days (from 30 days) to reflect this.
If you select Royal Mail and have any concerns about your parcel going missing we strongly recommend that you choose the Royal Mail 'Tracked' shipping option during the checkout process
If you need a faster, fully trackable shipping solution then we recommend selecting UPS during checkout - shipping will be faster, easier and real-time tracked.
We would also like to reassure everyone that we are continuing to take all possible steps to ensure both the safety of our customers (and ourselves).
We take the current situation seriously and we're doing everything we can to ensure maximum cleanliness and extra hygiene measures are in place.
All new products received at TPS HQ are handled with appropriate care and given quarantine time before they get unpacked and added into stock.
Should anything change then we'll make sure that any updates are posted on www.thatpedalshow.com and on the home page of That Pedal Show Store.
