RETURNS & YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from That Pedal Show Store. If you are based in the EU or the UK, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Exclusions: opened guitar strings / digital content that has already been downloaded.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

You do not need to return your item in its original packaging, but please treat it as you would in a shop — feel free to inspect it but try to keep handling to a minimum. If an item comes back to us showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection (eg. it's been worn, washed, smells of cologne, is covered in deodorant stains etc. see our Conditions of Returns HERE ), we may need to make a deduction from your refund to account for any reduction in its value. We will always let you know if this is the case and why.

HOW TO WITHDRAW

Simply complete the WITHDRAWAL FORM below or send us a clear email message letting us know you wish to return your order, before your 14-day window expires.
Once we receive your notification, we will confirm by email that we have received your request and you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

We will refund your payment — including your original standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or the tracking number showing proof of postage. (Please be aware that If you paid extra for express or next-day shipping, only the cost of standard delivery is refundable.)

RETURN POSTAGE
Unless your item is faulty or we made an error with your order, the cost of returning goods is your responsibility.
