🎄 ORDER FAQ'S - Festive Season 2025/26 🎄
If you need to email with a question regarding an Order you have already placed, then please be aware that we won't be able to respond over the festive period while we take a break. We'll be back on 5th January 2026.
In the meantime here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions we get asked:
Already placed an order and looking for tracking information?
Please check your Shipping Confirmation email (if you don't think you've had one please check your Spam Folder as they can sometimes end up in there!)
- If you selected a Royal Mail shipping option at checkout (your Shipping Confirmation will specify this) then you will see if there is a dedicated tracking number/link. If there isn't a tracking link it means that a 'standard' mail service was selected during checkout and that there is no dedicated tracking available.
- If you selected Fedex or UPSÂ - please use the TRACK YOUR PARCEL button or tracking number on your Shipping Confirmation email.Â
Concerned your parcel is missing because it wasn't sent 'tracked?Â
- Please be patient - we've seen a number of orders take longer than expected due to the high volumes of Christmas parcels which is unfortunately causing some short delays.Â
- We normally ask you to check with neighbours to make sure it hasn't been delivered there and they forgot to tell you. And check sheds, recycling crates, behind (and in!) your wheelie bins etc. If you live somewhere cold and snowy, please check that the delivery person hasn’t put it somewhere ‘safe’, we’ve had parcels found behind snow shovels before now!
- We normally assume that a parcel has gone missing after 45 days have passed from the date it was shipped and will gladly send a replacement free of charge if it hasn't arrived. Just email us and let us know if this happens.
🇺🇸 For our customers in the USA 🇺🇸
Please be aware that any delays with parcels shipped via Royal Mail are normally due to US Customs who process all incoming parcels in batches which means packages can (normally) take anything from 5 days - 4 weeks to arrive as a result.
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to change this. So if your parcel is taking a long time chances are it’s sat in US Customs and it will turn up!
Christmas Gift Exchanges?
We know that Christmas gifts are often bought well in advance, so we’re happy to offer a little extra flexibility over the festive period.
If you’ve received an item as a Christmas gift and it was purchased outside our usual 14-day return window, you can still exchange it with us, provided that:
- The exchange request is made by 8th January 2026 latest
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and the item can be restocked and resold. Make sure it's an item that can be exchanged as there are some exceptions.
- Exchanges are for another item or a store credit (refunds aren’t available for extended Christmas exchanges)
- You can provide proof of purchase that shows it was a gift
Please note:
- This Christmas extension applies to exchanges only (not refunds)
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Any price difference may need to be paid if exchanging for a higher-priced item
- We charge a Re-Stocking fee for clothing - see our Returns Policy for full details.
Our standard Returns Policy still applies to all items that are not Christmas gifts.

Does this affect my legal rights?
Not at all. This Christmas exchange policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If an item is faulty or not as described, your usual legal rights still apply.
